A Sweet Skincare Addition

As the cold weather begins to creep in and the buzz of boozy summer nights come to an end, there's nothing that I enjoy more than dedicating an evening to a little me-time. As you all know I am a huge fan of a good ol' pamper, and a brand that has been helping me with the transition into Autumn is The Body Shop... after finding out about the launch of their first ever pre-Christmas range, I knew immediately that it had to be mine.

If like me you are pro-celebrating the festive season long before deemed socially acceptable, then this little baby is for you (despite the fact that it is technically a halloween range it gives me ALL of the cosy feels) Vanilla Pumpkin is inspired by freshly baked goods, leaving the sweet scent of vanilla and a hint of spice lingering on the skin. I kid you not, if I could eat it I 100% would.

I haven't always been one for moisturising my bod, but over the past few years I have found that my skin cries out for TLC a lot more regularly than it used to (and I am defo not one to ignore what my body wants) As the weather gets colder I find myself reaching for something a little more nourishing and The Body Shop body butters are the perfect solution- who doesn't love them!? Pumpkin Vanilla is as rich in texture as it is in scent, leaving the skin soaking up its goodness long after it has been applied, however unlike similar products it's super fast absorbing and non-greasy meaning you can pop on your jammies just moments later.. RESULT.

Likewise, the hand cream leaves skin feeling soft and moisturised, with a slightly lighter texture and packaged in a handy travel size it's perfect for on the go- I've already used 3/4 of a tube, so will defo be stocking up before it sells out! The third product in the Vanilla Pumpkin collection is the shower gel, which smells equally as delicious. Being a newbie to TBS shower products I wasn't too sure what to expect, but I was super impressed with how well it lathered up which made the scent ever more comforting.. if you're into long showers there's a chance that it may become a little overpowering, but I'm more of an in-out kinda girl!

As you would expect, the Vanilla Pumpkin range has been dermatologically tested and is suitable for those with even the most sensitive skin; made with Madagascan vanilla, hazelnut and maple syrup, it's a dream come true. Oh and did I mention it's cruelty free? If like me you're an Autumn lover, I would recommend getting your hands on this collection before it sells out. Although it's limited edition, I am (not so) secretly hoping that it sticks around for the festive season.. FINGERS CROSSED LADIES.
